With so many great groomers out there what sets us apart is that you are getting the same groomer every single time. We believe in creating relationships with our pets and their families. We treat each pet like they are our own.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or phone number. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day or faster by text message.

We think your pet deserves all of the things, so we only charge extra for services that take considerably more time like de-matting.

At Maison Fetch we do not rush through your pet’s service because we provide the highest standard of care. Each bath is done twice, we are giving your pet a nose to tail inspection while we work. Many clients say it’s the best their pet has ever looked. Most small dogs take about an hour.

No, there is no need to be home during your pet’s groom as long as we have a way to enter and lock your home, and your pet is in a confined space like a crate or small room. You must make arrangements ahead of time so that instructions are clear both parties.
-
We do not take aggressive dogs. If your pet needs a muzzle or sedation to tolerate grooming they may be better suited in a multi groomer salon where more hands to help are available. For insurance purposes we cannot allow owners to help hold their dog while in the van.
-
We do not offer Multi Dog Discounts, but we do offer referral discounts. Ask for details.
-
Yes your dog is required to be up to date on their Rabies vaccine to get a service. We recommend they be up to date on all other vaccines.

This fee may apply if it has been more than 10 weeks since your pets last groom. Why? Normally we bathe pets first because it makes the dog’s haircut come out much nicer. If we have to cut off a bulk amount of hair first, before we can bathe your pet, this adds more time and dulls our blades and tools faster which means we have to sharpen them more often.
